1. Project Management and Coordination Manage all aspects of the tasks and deliverables, including: • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and expectations. • Provide quality assurance and quality control. • Support regular project management team meetings, briefings, and prepare monthly reports on project status. • Regular briefings of SDOT leadership, partner agencies, city leadership, and elected officials. • Support existing subject matter expert team meetings. Draft deliverables: Schedule, budget, status reports, team communications plan, team org chart and roles, meeting materials, meeting summaries. 2. Community Engagement and Storytelling Develop and execute a community engagement strategy which centers communities most impacted such as black, indigenous, people of color, people with disabilities, and immigrant & refugees, works directly with community stakeholders and community-based organizations, and builds on existing relationships between City agencies, partners, and communities. Consultant-led engagement efforts will likely focus on confirming low-pollution neighborhood vision and goals, identifying neighborhood needs, and sharing and building support for identified low-pollution neighborhood strategies.
