The Naloxone Distribution Boxes should include, at minimum, the following: • Manufactured with durable material such as metal or hard plastic • Weather resistant and able to withstand outdoor exposure • Ability to be secured or bolted: 1.) Ability to anchor to concrete, 2.) Ability to add bottom weights, and/or 3.) Ability to chain to a sturdy structure (all three secure options preferred) • Units must be able to hold a minimum of 15 individual naloxone spray boxes (e.g. Narcan or Padagis brands individual box approximate dimensions 5” x 3” x 1”) • Include custom graphics as designated by ADAD. Custom graphics adhered to the units before delivery is preferred, but not required • Price to include order processing, handling/shipping costs, and fees to the eight (8) provided locations in Hawaii • Individual units’ weight not to exceed 45 lbs • Individual units’ dimensions not to exceed 54” Height, 36” Width, and 36” Depth • The ability to choose the color of the units is preferred, but not required
