Through the Shared Technology Services (STS) Contract, the Department of Information Resources (DIR) has contracted with Service Component Providers (SCPs) to perform tasks as required by procurement law, including but not limited to, applicable provisions of §§2155.074, 2155.075, 2156.007, 2157.003, and 2157.125, Gov't Code. SCPs assist in procuring information technology products and services on behalf of DIR and eligible STS Customers in the performance of their respective Services under the STS program. The SCP will be referred to throughout this document as DIR's designee. DIR and its designee will share responsibilities, and the designee will act on behalf of DIR with final review and approvals conducted by DIR. The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide a Criteria Professional Edition to DIR on behalf of Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). As a result of this IFB, DIR expects to receive and evaluate responses and select one qualified vendor.
