General a) Successful Respondent shall provide to CPA the Software Maintenance and Technical Support Services listed in Price Schedule 1, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFO. b) Successful Respondent shall provide to CPA the Optional Features, Products or Services, if any, listed in Price Schedule 2, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) that are accepted by CPA. c) CPA shall, in accordance with CPA policies and procedures, provide Successful Respondent reasonable access to the Licensed Software and CPA systems, as applicable, to perform Software Maintenance and Technical Support Services required under the Contract. d) Unless Respondent’s Offer clearly specifies otherwise, Respondent’s pricing for the Services includes all Software Maintenance and Technical Support Services through all CPA hardware upgrades, if any, during the Contract Term.
