The Fairmont State University Roof Renewal for Athletic and Physical Plant includes the Feaster Center, Press Box, Concession Stand, and Physical Plant Annex. The Feaster is a partial roof EPDM membrane and metal coping replacement with new roof hatch Alternate. The Press Box is new EPDM roof system on existing concrete roof deck with new insulation and metal copings. The Concession Stand includes the demo of the existing ballasted roof to accept a new EPDM membrane and metal copings. The Physical Plant Annex is an existing pre-engineered metal building that is to receive a metal roof replacement with associated roofing accessories. Unit costs are to be included for the replacement of damaged insulation, walking pads, and wood nailer.
