Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Consultation regarding the negotiation of labor contracts between the WHA and its various bargaining units, and the administration of those contracts, as requested by the WHA, 2. Consultation with the WHA in connection with court actions, appeals, administrative proceedings, grievance arbitration, and other personnel and civil service matters in which the WHA would benefit from Labor Counsel's expertise, 3. Legal representation of the WHA in those court actions, appeals, administrative proceedings, grievance arbitration cases, and negotiations in which the WHA has determined that such representation is in the best interest of the WHA, 4. Review of current job descriptions and new responsibilities, 5. Consultation with the WHA on Union concerns, 6. Creation of new job descriptions,
