To secure a comprehensive supply base that can deliver industrial, medical, and special gases. Awarded suppliers must have the depth, breadth, and quality of resources necessary to meet all requirements of the State and to deliver industrial, medical, and special gases to a broad and dispersed demographic of state and local government users. DOAS desires to award a statewide contract that provides the best value and services to state and local agencies. DOAS expects to make single or multiple awards at the region level for cylinder gases. DOAS expects to make single or multiple awards service the entire State for bulk gases. Awards will go to no more than three (3) suppliers at the respective levels. The supplier(s) must compete in a minimum of one (1) region for cylinder gases or the entire State for bulk gases to be eligible for award.
