To establish a partnership with one or multiple vendors for beverage pouring rights and vending services at our campus. The selected vendor(s) will provide a range of beverage options, ensuring high-quality products and reliable service to enhance the experience of our patrons. The Respondent should provide a plan for Full-Service Beverage Vending operations for the campus. Appendix 1 provides the number and location of machines and Appendix 2 provides total sales. The University is open to hearing proposals that outsource to a subcontracted third party to do the Full-Service Beverage Vending. A partnership with subcontractors will be the Respondent's responsibility and the Respondent will be held accountable for the third party to uphold the standards and elements of the Beverage Contract. Subcontractors must abide by all terms and conditions under this contract. Vending operations will be monitored by the Vendor, and the product will be restocked to maximize revenue and maintain availability. The University will work with the Vendor to provide access to buildings as needed.
