GENERAL. 9.1.1. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insurance for the purchase and installation of an improved sound system and lecterns in the lecture halls at the Union High School, 6636 South Mingo Road, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133. 9.1.2. Install the new system as per these requirements and with the direction of the Union IT department project manager. This includes programming and testing the system. 9.1.3. Supplier shall remove the existing intercom system and store on-site for district removal. 9.2. EQUIPMENT SCOPE. 9.2.1. Furnish with your proposal product information and specification information for all products and materials that would be used as determined by the mandatory walk-through and resulting addendum. 9.2.2. Furnish a cost for the total project. 9.2.3. Furnish a lead time and installation schedule. 9.3. TURNKEY INSTALLATION. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, for a complete and turnkey installation of the project. 9.3.1. The turnkey price must include materials, labor, freight, installation, insurance, and shipping F.O.B. Destination.
