Contractor shall provide collection services for the pickup, transport, and proper management of all materials collected at the County locations named in Exhibit 1. Each pick up location requires a separate manifest and invoice that indicates the site number, location name and address, manifest number, date of service, amount of each material collected, and destination. B. All materials collected from the County by the Contractor shall be managed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local regulations, codes, and ordinances. C. The Contractor shall provide "as requested" pick up services in response to phone calls from the County business center/division requesting the service within three (3) business days. Some locations will require one or more “as requested” pick-ups per week. D. All used antifreeze collected from the County by the Contractor must be recycled and managed separately from used oil during the recycling process. E. All used oil filters collected from the County by the Contractor must be recycled.
