Identify key areas of growth or expansion for the Iowa Office of Apprenticeship (based on Sponsor data and subsequent areas or populations not currently served). 3. Determine barriers or limitations preventing employers or organizations from participating in or leaving a Registered Apprenticeship program. 4. Recommendations or suggestions based on findings, to be presented in a final summary due to IOA by June 2025.
