A. Implement core strategic communications strategies: 1. Identify key stakeholders and audiences to ensure Civic Campus Initiative success 2. Establish a messaging framework to inform all outreach efforts 3. Develop a roadshow to build third party support 4. Empower key partners to advocate for the Civic Campus Initiative 5. Develop long-game strategies to ensure success of the Initiative 6. Develop branding for the Initiative that moves away from purely County-focused goals 7. Create digital assets, FAQs, slide decks, one-pagers as part of a toolkit for Civic Campus Initiative ambassadors B. Tailor recommended messaging to specific audiences, as appropriate. C. In collaboration with the project team, continue to refine existing messaging and develop and implement messaging that contextualizes what is at stake for county residents, employees, elected leaders across the branches of county government, and other government partners based on a failure to act on the recommended Civic Campus Initiative plan. D. Recommend and execute high-level and population-specific messaging and strategies that can be utilized by a variety of key partners to educate, advocate for, and promote the Civic Campus Initiative plan. E. Draft and vet drafts of communications with project team and key stakeholders.
