The City of Ormond Beach is soliciting proposals for a turn-key Contractor hosted Automated Paid Parking Services (AMPPS) solution accepting credit and debit cards via mobile payment application, Quick Response (QR) code, near-field communications (NFC), and kiosks in on and off-street parking locations. There are currently 165 designated parking spaces at one city-owned parking area, possibly additional unspecified areas may be added in the future.
