1. Replacing worn, damaged, or non-working parts; 2. Inspecting batteries to include checking water level, signs of corrosion on batterycables and receptacles, and testing battery charge; 3. Inspect oil, air, and fuel filters, and belts and change as appropriate 4. Lubricating all mechanical moving parts of the equipment’s engine; 5. Changing oil and all other fluids necessary to keep the forklift in working condition 6. Checking tire pressure and replacing tires, as needed; 7. Checking machine (compressed air); 8. Inspecting brake pedal linkage for proper adjustment; 9. Inspecting brake system (repair as needed); 10. Inspecting lift and tilt cylinders for leaks; 11. Checking all electrical connections; 12. Performing safety inspection; 13. Checking upright assembly for proper adjustment and lubricate as necessary; 14. Checking hydraulic sump filter cap; clean or replace as necessary. 15. Checking hydraulic oil level; fill if necessary. 16. Checking and lubricating all connecting shafts and levers. 17. Checking steering gear box level; fill if necessary. 18. Checking power steering for proper operation and adjustment. 19. Checking differential oil level; fill if necessary.
