Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Macomb Transportation Service Center is seeking a Prequalified Maintenance Contractor to perform a single course 1.5-inch cold milling and resurfacing on M-19 from Bordman Rd to Weber Rd. See Schedule C for maps of pavement repair locations. The Contract will require milling HMA surface, Detail 7 repairs, 1.5-inch HMA resurface, permanent pavement markings, and other work all in accordance with these Contract Provisions, attachments, and referenced Documents. Once HMA surface has been cold milled, the Engineer will mark locations in need of patching and Detail 7’s (the “Contract Activities”). To avoid disqualification, the bidder must be currently listed as a MDOT Prequalified Contractor in the following category(s): Cb-Hot Mix Asphalt/Bituminous Paving
