Clayton State University is seeking proposals from qualified moving companies to provide intra-campus moves and campus-to-campus moves of CLSU property in a safe and efficient manner. The scope of work below is included, but not limited to; 1. Loading and unloading furniture and equipment from a moving truck; 2. Carefully wrapping fragile items or items that can be easily damaged with blankets and shrink wrap; 3. Creating and maintaining an inventory of items and boxes being moved; 4. Transporting items to new location; 5. Place furniture, equipment, and boxes in designated rooms at the new location; 6. Ensuring no damage; 7. Working hours o Normal hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm o Weekend hours: Any hours outside of normal working hours above
