The Work as defined in General Provisions GP-1.05 to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, repair and rehabilitation of existing underground electric, water and sanitary sewer services; installation of piping, valves, hydrants, lift stations, manholes and vaults; demolition and removal of existing utility services; installation of new underground electric, communications, sewer and water services and all associated appurtenances; maintenance of traffic; demolition, earthwork, pavement and site restoration; water system leak detection and; all other associated activities at the Maryland Port Administration Terminals located in Baltimore, Maryland. All of the Work shall be performed at the Administration’s Dundalk Marine Terminal, North Locust Point Marine Terminal, Fairfield Marine Terminal, South Locust Point Marine Terminal, Masonville Marine Terminal, Hawkins Point Marine Terminal, and World Trade Center Building, Baltimore, Maryland. The Contract covers all MPA facilities. The locations indicated in the Contract documents are the anticipated work locations. Work locations may be changed or added as “Work Orders” or “Subtasks” are issued.
