construction renovation services to construct a basketball and parking lot at Lindsay Davis Center (1550 28th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404) and construct at basketball & Bankshot court, pavilion, hardscape and landscaping at Sadie McCray Park (Avenue H and 4th St). The Contractor shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary to fully remove and replace the existing basketball court, fencing, and concrete at Sadie McCray as well as demolition of asphalt, concrete, and landscaping, installation of fencing, gates and construct new basketball court, bank-shot, a pavilion, and relocate/replace the water fountain. It is the intent of the City to begin this project at Sadie McCray with the intention to complete the basketball court prior to summer and allow public use while school is on recess. At Lindsay Davis, construct a basketball court and parking lot, demolition of asphalt, concrete, and landscaping, install fencing, gates, pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, and striping and signage and all other elements as indicated in Attachments “D” – Construction Plans.
