The program will include, at a minimum, the following services: 1. Provide childcare services while family members attend court proceedings and/or receive services from the Children’s Court Division and related programs. 2. Supervise and maintain a comforting, non-threatening environment for children in the Protective Childcare Area. 3. Provide appropriate materials and activities and acceptable child snacks within the Protective Childcare Area to ensure sensitive and proper engagement of the children. 4. Prepare evaluations and reports for future planning and evaluation purposes. 5. Provide case management services, including voluntary assessments to families for additional wrap around services provided by service provider at no additional cost to the County or families referred to additional services. 6. Provide voluntary one-on-one financial counseling to families at no additional cost to the families. 7. Operate daily with the hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; excluding County Holidays and other dates on which the Bexar County Courthouse is closed. When necessary, the provider will coordinate any changes to days and hours of service with the County.
