The County’s Construction Manager, Wharton-Smith, Inc., is soliciting proposals from subcontractors for the construction of the St. Johns County Central Sportsplex Park under RFQ 1530. This procurement package consists of a new 40-acre site with scopes including, but not limited to, the following: concrete; masonry; structural steel; roofing; sealants & waterproofing; fireproofing; doors, frames, & hardware; overhead doors; aluminum windows & storefront; gypsum wallboard assemblies; stucco; acoustical ceilings; resilient flooring; tile flooring/walls; painting; signage; toilet compartments (toilet accessories furnished by Owner); fire extinguishers; shade structures; aluminum pergolas; Bahama shutters; flagpoles; playground equipment; pre-fab pavilions; food service equipment; casework; bleachers; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; fencing; and landscaping and irrigation
