A. Contractor shall perform on a one-time Project agreement construction of: A.1 Concrete headwalls for new culverts on Tinsley Lane, Fort Worth, and A.2 Concrete headwalls for Multiple 48” RCP at 12743 Triple H Drive, Burleson. Award(s) is based on lowest bid(s) meeting specifications and awarded either per each location as stated above and in pricing sheet or for the total price combined for the two locations covering the total scope of work. Tarrant County reserves the right to designate the work in the best interest of Tarrant County. B. Quantities listed are estimated. Tarrant County reserve the right to order any quantities needed. Tarrant County shall only pay for actuals. C. Worker’s Safety: The Contractor shall meet all safety and health regulations required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Labor and all State regulations dealing with occupational safety. D. Code Requirements: The rules and regulations, ordinances, and laws governing the installation of the work and/or equipment shall be in accordance with all regulations and codes of the Federal, State, and Municipal departments having jurisdiction, the National Board of Fire Underwriters, Factory Mutual Insurance, and Texas Engineering and Fire Prevention Bureau, and the local utility companies which are in force at the time of the execution of the work.
