Parsons State Hospital is seeking bids to install Schneider Electric IP based field controllers to provide control and monitoring of the HVAC systems. The existing Lon Controllers will be replaced with new EcoStruxure SpaceLogic IP Controllers with universal inputs/outputs for a mixture of temperature, pressure, flow, status, and similar points in the buildings control system. We will bring existing equipment points into the BAS front end and provide scheduling and graphics. The awarded bidder will provide engineering, programming, hardware, software and installation. Nine buildings are included in this scope of work. • Administration Building - Awarded bidder will provide the following: mount and wire IP unit controller, mount and wire IP VAV controller (7 total), mount and wire VAV controller space temperature sensors (7 total) and reconnect existing IO points to new controllers • Cafeteria – Awarded bidder will provide the following: mount and wire IP unit controller, mount and wire IP VAV controller (7 total), mount and wire VAV controller space temperature sensors (7 total), mount and wire new outside air and mixed air electric damper actuators with graphics and reconnect existing IO points to new controllers • Research Building - Awarded bidder will provide the following: mount and wire IP unit controller, mount and wire control valve and pump IP controller, mount and wire IP VAV controller (37 total), mount and wire VAV controller space temperature sensors (37 total), mount and wire steam control valve relay with graphic, mount and wire pump relay with graphic and reconnect existing IO points to new controllers • Recreation – Awarded bidder will provide the following: mount and wire IP unit controller (5 total), mount and wire space temperature sensors (5 total), mount and wire IP controller for chiller and pump operation and reconnect existing IO points to new controllers
