A. Mowing heights shall be between 3” – 3.5” in height. B. Rough cutting of grass shall not be permitted. C. No roll-overs permitted. D. An area must be completely mowed prior to moving on to another area. E. Contractor shall not allow mowers to discharge grass cuttings against parked cars or ground level windows. F. Scalping is not acceptable and must immediately be repaired/reseeded. G. The mowing pattern should be altered on a regular basis, so-as to help prevent worn spots. H. Contractor is responsible to ensure that all mowing blades are sharp and in good adjustment. I. Equipment guards, shields, and mufflers must be intact, and perform as designed. J. Trim work in Maintenance Level 1 & 2 areas must be completed on the same day as mowing and preferably within four (4) hours. K. All grass clippings (Maintenance Levels 1 & 2) must be blown off walkways and roadways immediately following mowing. L. All dead vegetation, tree leaves, and/or other debris must be removed from turf areas to avoid unsightly or harmful accumulation. M. All collected debris is to be promptly removed and disposed of properly. The contractor will be responsible for removing all debris with in the work limits. N. Contractor shall mow as close to wood line, fence line, boundary limits as possible and should elevate tree limb as necessary.
