The Contractor shall provide project management, final design, and permitting assistance in preparation for construction of the Campbellton BRT corridor. The Contractor will rely on previous work completed in the preliminary design process for the project. The Contractor shall be required to provide Architectural and Engineering Facility and Systems Design Services which shall be delivered in accordance with MARTA's Design Criteria. Design documents must comply with MARTA’s most current Architectural and Computer Aided Design and Drafting ("CADD") standards manuals and criteria in the following links: CADD Standards. and Criteriafor-Drawings-Standards-CAD-Manual. Services rendered by the Contractor shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Architectural and Engineering Design Support Services. 2. Transit Systems and Engineering Design Support Services. 3. Rendering and animation of design. 4. Final design specification/ project manual. 5. Permittable Signed and Sealed Construction Drawings. 6. Document Configuration Management. a. Document Control. b. Quality Control. 7. Design Reviews. 8. Cost Estimating. 9. Value Engineering review.
