1.0 Description of Work The City of Lebanon submittal is for a replacement pump and motor for the I-44 lift station. • Manufacture’s data including specifications, installation instructions, and system operational instructions must be submitted with the bid. 2.0 Acceptable Manufacturers A. Pump: 1. Myers or equivalent • Part #4VC400M4-43 3.0 Equipment A. Pump 1. One (1) 40HP pump and motor 2. 480 Volt 3. Three-phase 4.0 General Requirements A. Conform to requirements as specified in General Conditions. B. Conduct all tests in the presence of (if so requested) Owner under the supervision of equipment manufacturer’s field engineer. C. Include all test recommended by the equipment manufacturer. D. Include all additional tests recommended by the City that is deemed necessary because of field conditions, to determine that equipment, material, and systems meet requirements of contract documents. E. Be responsible for all damage to equipment and material due to improper test procedures or test apparatus handling.
