The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The Courthouse and Library is on the National Register of Historic Places. All work is on the Southeasternmost most structure which consists of a low (23’+/-) roof over the Library Administration Building. On the roof, the roofs and drains are to be cleaned and the drains are to be repaired. Partial Roof restoration and replacement of Built-up roofing. Inspection of lead coat copper roof flashing and repair as required. In addition to the items above, lead coated copper roof flashing let into the stone veneer walls above will be re-sealed and an infilled window opening above the roof will be re-sealed. All work is to be performed during first shift, all areas will be required to be clean of debris, tools and equipment prior to leaving at the end of the workday. Hours of construction are to be between 7:00AM and 5:00 PM.
