2.2 Objective The primary objectives are: • To select a vendor that offers robust, scalable, compliant, flexible and reliable on-line exam proctoring services. • To ensure a secure testing environment for students taking assessments remotely. • To enable real-time monitoring, detection ofsuspicious behavior, and reporting capabilities. • To offer an easy-to-use interface for both test-takers, faculty and staff. Potential Proposers should carefully read this document and all attachments in their entirety, as they may contain binding provisions that affect the rights and obligations of Proposer organizations. Proposers must comply with the instructions contained in this document. 2.3 Scope of Services The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the following services: On-line Exam Proctoring Solutions • Live proctoring and automated proctoring options. • Ability to support a range of exams (e.g. multiple-choice, essays). • Integration with our Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard Ultra • Scalability to handle examsfor varying number of participants • Flexible test appointments(e.g. late evenings/weekends) • Must provide online proctors, where at least 75% of proctors are located in the United States Security Features • Customizable security features (e.g., lock down browser, disabling copy & paste, disabling the use of applications). • Identity verification processes (e.g., photo, ID scanning, biometric verification) • Detection of suspicious behavior (e.g., eye movement, background noise, use of additional devices). • Real-time flagging of incidents or irregularities
