Provide a proposal for a Document Management System that will satisfy the County’s need for capturing, maintaining, securing, and storing of employee electronic records. The ideal system will allow the document management process to be customized by Human Resources beginning with the indexing of documents, to include folders and document types and allow for modifications; the security should allow for custom role-based access down to document level; legal hold; retention; cloud based; and is user friendly. 1. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with any problems or changes to the system. 2. Provide implementation and training services. 3. Have a proven track record in producing interfaces between the Document Managing System and Kronos/UKG and/or NeoGov. 4. Provide a firm price proposal to achieve the objectives as outlined.
