The vendor shall be responsible for the following tasks: a. Bus stop design plans, which shall be utilized for construction procurement. a). For each stop, design plans shall include the following: i. Dimensions of concrete pads, including depth. ii. Exact location of concrete pads. iii. Exact location of amenities, including benches, shelters, and/or bike racks. iv. Exact location of bus stop signs. v. Adjacent sidewalk removal and installation, including retaining walls where necessary. vi. Adjacent landscaping work. vii. Details on specifications required to meet applicable Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Guidelines and PROWAG. viii. Identification of any utilities or sprinklers that may pose a concern during installation. If present, provide cost estimates to relocate. ix. Public outreach on proposed designs for designated stops as determined by StarTran. b. Sidewalk ramp design plans, which shall be used for construction procurement. a. For each ramp, design plans shall include the following: i. Dimensions of concrete ramps, including depth. ii. A map with the ramp location.
