The work involves installation of pavement markings at various locations throughout the City. The type of markings required under this contract will include work which normally cannot placed by use of a truck mounted system. The work shall consist of, but not limited to, installation of short lines for traffic delineation and parking spaces, and various symbols, words, symbols, arrows, or other logos as required. All markings shall be reproduced in-kind unless otherwise noted by this contract or directed by the City. Reflectorized epoxy resin pavement markings may be used for crosswalks and stop bars within the limits of the downtown. All other pavement markings under this contract shall utilize waterborne traffic paint. Parking lot markings may be non-reflectorized; all other markings shall be reflectorized.
