The chosen firm must provide transportation and recycling of Used Oil and Used Antifreeze, OilWater Separator and Trenching services, and Spill Cleanup Services; As Needed For Five Years. Vendor must adhere to all applicable regulations, which may include but are not limited to 49 CFR Parts 171 – 180 and WAC 173-350-360(6), including, but not limited to, having a current EPA/state ID number, proper shipping paper management, load security, personnel training, and emergency management. It shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor to provide copies of licenses, certifications, and other documentation related to requirements and renewals upon request. Vendor must act in an environmentally responsible manner whether or not such responsibility is required by law.
