The intent herein is to list the minimum design criteria necessary for site development and construction of the project as depicted in the attached concept and needs analysis. This project shall maintain a similar appearance, layout, and size as included in the exhibit. A minimum of approximately 55,000 SF is required to meet the current space requirements of the Volusia Sheriff’s Office, however if the DB is able to meet future space requirements within the total budget, then those proposals will be received favorably. A new Headquarters for the Volusia Sheriff Office at the Woodland Blvd Property shall include, but not limited to: • 2 story Administration Risk Category IV Building (Minimum 55,000 SF) • Visitor Surface Parking and controlled access VSO parking for 500 vehicles • Compacted fill as needed • New Site Amenities • Whole Building Generator with ATS
