The selected vendor will be responsible for: ● Equipment Supply: Provide high-quality, durable playground equipment that is compliant with all safety standards; ○ Primary Playground ■ Play equipment should include roof/coverings for sun protecon ■ Play equipment should include at least two slides ■ Play equipment should include a climbing element ■ Play equipment should include STEM/STEAM acvies, such as musical instruments, and/or panels with science acvies ■ Play equipment should reflect school colors as the dominant color palee (see logo included on this document) ■ Play equipment should accommodate 20-40 students at a me ● Installation: Complete the installation of the equipment, ensuring all safety regulations and guidelines are followed. ○ This should include opons for ground cover mulch that is ADA compliant ○ Removal and disposal of the exisng playground structures that are in the locaon currently ○ Installaon of new playground equipment in the Primary Playgrounds ○ Installaon of playground area borders ○ Include securing any necessary permits for this project - Vendors stating perming and proper location of utilities not included, may be excluded from consideration
