Service Directives A. At the Port's request, the Consultant shall prepare project specific task estimates, also referred to as Level of Effort (LOE), which will be used as the basis for Work scopes and assignments developed and transmitted to Consultant in writing via a Port Service Directive. B. No work shall commence by the Consultant until a Service Directive has been executed by the Port and the Consultant. C. Consultant shall not exceed the aggregate total of any valid Service Directive or individual task without approval from Port. Any planned overage of spending by the Consultant must be explained in writing or e-mail and approved prior to Consultant exceeding Service Directive budget. D. Consultant shall understand and be responsible for meeting expectations of Port and its Stakeholders and communicate challenges and issues to Port management staff immediately if they occur. E. Consultant Principal or "Project Manager'' shall be the primary contact for initiation of new work. Port staff shall communicate with Consultant Project Manager and request a written proposal for new project work prior to creating a Port Service Directive. F. Consultant will invoice the Port in accordance with terms and conditions established in this contract, and the agreed upon in the Contract and Service Directive. Project Deliverables A. The Consultant shall use the following software to produce any report, spreadsheet, presentation, PC database, or drawing: 1. Microsoft Office 2010 products and AutoCAD 2018/AutoCAD Civil 3D 2024, or current Port version in use at the execution of the Agreement. 2. AutoMod Version 12, or equivalent program and/or current Port version in use at the execution of Agreement, for baggage design simulations. B. Submittal Requirements: 1. The Project Manager will include a design deliverable schedule to assign specific project related deliverables as part of each Service Directive.
