The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants, registered in the State of Florida, to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Washington Street Roadway Improvements project. The project is partially funded through the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This project involves renovating a section of Washington Street being a two-lane collector roadway between N. Dixie Highway and Riverside Drive for approximately 1,766 LF. The improvements include roadway re-surfacing, drainage and storm sewers, 7’ wide sidewalks, signage & striping, lighting, landscaping, and streetscape items to make it more appealing, and replacing NSBU water main along with all corresponding services.
