The procurement of Controlled Access Pharmaceutical Dispensers machines. Quotes specified shall consist of the dispensers, transportation/delivery, and the necessary training to setup and operate the dispensers. Hardware: Dispensers should be configurable to up to 60 items, with the ability to disburse a variety of supply shapes, and sizes. Dispensers must be new, current production models, first class condition, and energy efficient. Software: Dispensers shall integrate seamlessly into Fire Rescue’s inventory management system OperativeIQ to manage Pharmaceutical and supply inventory. System must report via integration with OperativeIQ any low stock levels, upcoming medication expirations, and create pick lists for restocking. Other specifications of consideration: o Secure storage and distribution of items. o Multiple levels of security and accountability. o Interior lighting for dispensing units. o Adjustable compartment space within the vending system. o Network capability for software integration. o No vending of expired medicines. o Alerts via text/email for low stock positions, temperature issues, internet loss, power loss, usage spikes, expired products, and slot shutdowns. o Electronic display for dispensing data communication. o Vandal-resistant construction to restrict access to products. o Secure door for return of products inadvertently dispensed. Vendor shall aid in the initial setup and provide troubleshooting support after integration.
