The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking bids for uncoated offset paper and state seal watermark paper. The resulting contract with the awarded vendor shall have a term of upon execution through June 30, 2025. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60.
