The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Utility Master Plan (UMP) update. The master plan will provide a strategic framework for the operation, maintenance, and growth of the city’s water, wastewater, and reclaimed utilities over the next 20 years. The selected consultant will assess current utility infrastructure, forecast future demand, identify required improvements, and develop recommendations to enhance service delivery, reliability, and environmental compliance. The successful completion of this project will ensure the sustainability of the utility services for the residents and businesses in Clermont, along with strategies for addressing the increased development densities in key parts of the city and rising irrigation demands while minimizing withdrawals from the aquifer.
