1. Secure Electrical Permit for all work to be done 2. Coordinate with Street Dept for power interruptions during Panel Upgrade. 3. Demo old panels and dispose of properly 4. New meter box and meter to be installed on the exterior of the building 5. New panels to be furnished and installed by Contractor a. Main Panel - 3 phase 200A 120/240V main breaker panel with feed through lugs b. Panel 2 – single phase 200A 120/240V panel main lugs only c. Panel EM – single phase 100A 120/240V main breaker panel 6. Furnish and install (or re-use where noted) all other electrical equipment such as switches, conduits, wire, terminations and misc. 7. Verify existing ground and bring to current code if not in compliance 8. Re-route or extend all existing circuits to new panels 9. Size the AIC rating of the new breakers and panels appropriately (Available fault current on 13.8kV system – 10kA) 10. Label all panels and sub-panels 11. Provide laminated placards with step-by-step instructions for normal/emergency cut-over to generator 12. Restore site to proper condition for operations 13. Work to be completed by September 30, 2025
