The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to solicit Responses from potential Respondents to provide Deliverables Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) for the Cooperative Program (COOP) master contracts to Customers, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (DIR). DIR is not soliciting these services for the Agency. With the issuance of this RFO, DIR is seeking to achieve the following: Creation of a contractual vehicle that satisfies statewide procurement requirements for DBITS contracts; Improve efficiency in Customer procurement processes when contracting for DBITS; Increased offerings; and Flexible categories. DIR is seeking to provide contract offerings for the following deliverables-based technologies categories: Application Development, Maintenance, and Support, Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation, including Data Warehousing. IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Government Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services. Project Management and Program Management.
