The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C) on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System (Owner) and Texas A&M University are soliciting statements of qualifications for selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for the Player Development Center at Blue Bell Park project (#02-3448) at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This project will enhance player development facilities at Blue Bell Park to improve training and recruitment for Texas A&M's baseball program. To stay competitive with other SEC programs, the project will demolish the current outdated batting cage facility and will develop a new player development facility in its place. Funding also includes branding elements such as signage and wayfinding, and facility access points will be adjusted to accommodate the expansion.
