the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is requesting bids for the provision to provide water chemicals and formulations to services boilers, cooling towers, closed loop cooling systems, HVAC and water softening. The applicable product range will include treatments for open recirculating water, associated wastewater, boiler feed water, and cooling system makeup water. The function of these treatments is to protect, maintain, and clean said equipment for TFC at various facilities managed by TFC and located throughout Texas with most services taking place in Austin, TX. TFC managed facilities include the facilities, locations, buildings, and systems listed in Attachment C – Building/Equipment Listing and Compensation and Fees.
