The removal of Asbestos Containing Ceiling and Flooring Materials in Classrooms and Corridors, Selective Interior Demolition of Lead Painted HVAC Mechanical Systems and Asbestos Thermal System Pipe Insulation in Auditorium Mezzanine and in Athletic Wing Tunnels. All abatement projects (Asbestos) shall be performed within full negative pressure HEPA filtered containment/ Regulated work areas. • Renovation/Demolition for Summer Work 2025. Asbestos Abatement will involve removal of Non Asbestos Containing Ceiling Tiles with Asbestos Containing Glue-pods on plasterboard/drywall ceiling systems to include all steel and metal ceiling supporting materials and all floor tile and mastic by grinding method for new flooring installation prep work in the corridors, classrooms, Auditorium classrooms media center including any remaining Asbestos Thermal System Insulation (TSI).
