The LIONS PARK PHASE 3 IMPROVEMENTS shall include: • Base Bid: Project improvements include demolition of existing pavements and utilities. Installation of playground curb, PCC parking spaces, PCC sidewalks, playground subdrain & PCC slab, grading, erosion control, utilities, traffic control and associated work necessary to complete the project. Coordination with the playground representative is required to ensure proper surfacing depths. Refer to plans for additional information. • Add Alternate No.1: The contractor will be responsible for the installation of the concrete subbase required for the poured-in-place surfacing. Coordination with the playground representative is required to ensure proper surfacing. Refer to plans for location. • Add Alternate No.2: Project improvements include demolition of curbs, gravel driveway, installation of sidewalk extension to the north, drive, bollard lights, and traffic control. Refer to plans for locations.
