The purpose of issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select a qualified firm to develop an Engineering Performance Project. The selected firm shall provide the Client a program which shall include (a) the performance of engineering; (b) the design, selection, and installation of efficient systems; (c) training of personnel in the operation and maintenance of installed systems; (d) savings calculations life expectancy. 1. Overview of Goals and Objectives The Client expects to achieve the following goals by entering into an ESPP: • • • • Reduced utility and operating costs of Client-owned facilities Improved customer and employee comfort and usability of facilities Improved maintenance and operation of the facilities Preserved capital funds
