A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. Contractor shall be Co-Permitee on the NPDES Permit required for this Project. C. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Selective site improvements demolition including heavy-duty concrete pavement removal. 2. Construction of a new Inspection Building. a. Concrete foundations and slab-on-grade. b. Wood framed structure. c. Formed metal siding and roofing. d. Mechanical and electrical systems. 3. Site improvements including, earthwork, utilities, concrete and bituminous pavements, and landscaping.
