A- Clean & Inspect Tank #1 tack oil: One (1) 5,000-gallon tack oil tank Conformance (Yes / No) Work to be completed within 30 days of execution of contract. Supply all labor, equipment and supplies to clean the bottom of the tank and three feet up the sidewalls. Remove all waste using manual means and then a final wash with a 10,000-psi hydro blast treatment. Inspect the bottom liner of tank. Perform any maintenance needed to liner as approved by Skagit County. Clean drain valves. Add 90-degree elbow and 22” extension to clean out inside of tank. Remove and properly dispose of all waste materials Inspect all oil pumps used for loading and unloading from tanks. Perform any maintenance needed to all oil pumps used for loading and unloading as approved by Skagit County. Dispose of waste materials the county has on site.
