A. Review each file for the most recent annual recertification documents and any applicable interim recertification documents leading up to the most recent annual recertification. b. Conduct quality control review and document the review of the annual recertification documents and any applicable interim recertifications in accordance with the HUD requirements. For audit purposes, the HPHA requires use of a checklist to document each recertification review. c. Prepare a Monthly tenant file review summary report specifying the asset management project/ management Unit, specific recertification for each case file, and capture the following seven components: 1. Household composition Summary 2. Certificates of Verifications 3. Notice of Right to Reasonable accommodations 4. Community Service Certifications 5. Other Forms/Correspondences 6. Re-Certifications, and 7. Rent Calculation.
