The City of Mesa is soliciting competitive proposals from licensed and qualified firms to provide any or all of the following insurance coverage(s), customer and administrative services to eligible employees and/or dependents, as may apply: Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance (Basic and Voluntary/Supplemental), Business Travel Accident (BTA)/Commuter Travel Accident Insurance, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance (STD) and Long Term Disability Insurance for Sworn Personnel and Elected Officials. Selected Respondent(s) will provide such services and policies of insurance effective January 1, 2026. Respondents may submit proposals for one (1) or more of the requested lines of coverage (except that if a Respondent submits a response for Group Term Life Insurance they must also be licensed/qualified and submit a response for Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance). It is the intent of the City to require Respondents to provide coverage on a no-loss basis to all currently covered individuals and to match or enhance current policy features and benefits.
