Replace an existing fire alarm system panel and its ancillary devices with one (1) new addressable fire alarm panel and ancillary devices within the Nanofiltration (NF) membrane treatment and pretreatment buildings located at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant. The new alarm system must meet all local, state and federal regulations. Proposals shall include, but not be limited to design, permitting, fabrication, installation, labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to furnish, install, and test the new fire alarm system meeting the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and associated documents. Proposals shall also include as an additive alternate bid item, 24/7 monitoring, quarterly and annual inspections, and service (not including warranty repairs) for the newly installed system for a period of one (1) year from date of Substantial Completion.
